Please read these terms and conditions if you’re purchasing any products or services from The Smart Bear. For more information, you may want to read our FAQs

• Website Planning from Concept to Launch Book: A planner guide for small businesses and charities
• If you’re not completely happy with your book, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. You will need to return the book to us (we do not cover return postage) in the condition it was originally sent.
  If you have any issues with delivery or the item being damaged in the post, please contact us immediately with photos of the item/ packaging (for the latter).
  Your book will be sent out using Royal Mail, please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch.  We try to use recycled or recyclable packaging so keep this in mind if you are sending as a gift.
• Digital Power Hour Gift Vouchers
• Gift Vouchers are fully refundable up until they have been redeemed (i.e the power hour has been booked in with The Smart Bear). After that point, there will be a 10% fee admin charge.
  Vouchers will expire after one calendar year from purchase. Booked appointments can be rescheduled at any time. However, we cannot guarantee availability of sessions although we will try our best to accommodate any requests.

• Training Calls/ Power Hours
• Training calls and power hours are refundable up to 24 hours before the session, minus a 10% admin charge. Booked appointments can be rescheduled at any time. However, we cannot guarantee availability of sessions although we will try our best to accommodate any requests.

• Reports
• Reports are refundable up until the point that work has commenced – once work has started, the refundable amount will depend on how much work has been carried out. If there is likely to be a delay in commencing the report, we will advise via email.
  All content in the report is based on information available and gathered at the time the report is written and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies if the data changes. Any suggestions made in the report are only that, suggestions – it is the small business owners choice whether to carry out the work and we cannot guarantee results.
